1970年代前半に国民的アイドルとして人気を博した日本の女性歌手。南沙織、小柳ルミ子とともに『三人娘』と呼ばれた。

その姿がプリントされた文房具などキャラクター・グッズが多数作られ、アイドル・ビジネスのはしりであった。2013年、天地真理についての最初の本格的研究書である『氷の福音 《天地真理》をめぐりたる象徴学的研究』が塩崎雪生によって著述・刊行。
