中島文明を中心として結成されたダンガンブラザーズバンドのメンバーとして1981年にデビュー。

セッション・ミュージシャンとして、歌謡曲からロック、ジャズまで数多くのライブサポート、レコーディングに参加。2004年、櫻井和寿、小林武史を中心に編成された、Bank Bandに参加。
