日本のミュージシャン、作曲家。
90年代前半まで精力的なソロ活動を展開、96年に杉真理、松尾清憲らとグループ「Piccadilly Circus」を、97年に上田雅利らと「GAR-YIZ」を結成。
ビートルズをカバーすることが多く、杉真理やサエキけんぞうらからは「日本のポール・マッカートニー」と高く評価されている。
